by Brit | Glow at Home — It’s your tan, delivered. I walked away from my 9-5, and it’s been life-changing. These days, my work is rooted in something far more fulfilling — embracing femininity, intentional living, and helping other women feel effortlessly beautiful in their own skin.
One of the ways I’ve always cultivated confidence is through a sunless glow. As someone with fair, sensitive skin, I rarely went without a tan — not for vanity, but for the way it made me feel: polished, radiant, and pulled together.
With over 10 years of experience in the tanning industry, certifications and mastering professional solutions, I’ve learned how to craft the kind of glow that looks natural, soft, and elegant — never orange, never streaky.
Glow at Home is my mobile spray tanning service designed for women like you — homemakers, brides, busy professionals, and anyone who wants to feel feminine and radiant without stepping foot in a salon. I come to you, so you can glow effortlessly from the comfort of your home.
Why Spray Tanning?
Spray tanning isn’t just a beauty treatment — it’s part of a feminine routine that helps you feel polished and put together, like slipping into a silk dress or applying your favorite perfume.
A custom airbrush tan smooths skin tone, softens imperfections, and adds that subtle “lit from within” warmth that complements everything from sundresses to church attire. Using blends I’ve trusted for years, I tailor every tan to your skin’s undertone and lifestyle.
The Key to a Soft, Seamless Tan: Prep Well
The best tans don’t happen by accident. They happen when your skin is thoughtfully prepped — clean, exfoliated, and nourished. Here’s the exact method I teach all of my clients for a glow that lasts and fades gracefully:
2–3 Days Before Your Tan
Exfoliate gently using a non-oil-based, non-salt scrub or exfoliating mitt. Focus on elbows, knees, ankles, and anywhere prone to dry patches.
Shave or wax at least 24 hours before your tan.
Pause the oils + heavy lotions — these can block the tan from absorbing evenly.
The Morning of Your Tan
Shower and skip lotion, deodorant, makeup, and perfume. Your skin should be bare and clean.
Wear loose, dark cotton clothing — I always recommend a soft black dress or joggers and a tee.
Avoid sweating or working out post-tan for at least 12 hours.
My Signature Glow Touch
With Glow at Home, every tan includes luxe details I’ve honed over the years — from custom undertone matching and skin prep sprays to post-tan drying powder so you leave feeling dry and comfortable (not sticky).
I also offer specialty products you’ll love, like Glow Up Drops (our face tanning serum), On-the-Glow (hydrating body oil), and curated bridal packages that include trial tans, on-call wedding week support, and complimentary upgrades like primer and setting powder.
For brides, my Bridal Glow Package is designed to give you peace of mind and picture-perfect skin for your special day — because you deserve to feel soft, glowy, and feminine walking down the aisle.
Post-Tan Care: To Keep Your Glow Graceful
Wait 2-4 hours before rinsing off.
First rinse = water only, no soap.
Hydrate daily with a gentle, oil-free lotion to extend your tan.
Avoid long baths, hot tubs, and exfoliating skincare like retinol and glycolics until your tan naturally fades.
At Glow at Home, I believe beauty should feel like an extension of homemaking — soft, intentional, and nurturing. A good tan doesn’t scream for attention; it quietly enhances the beauty God gave you.
If you’re in Texas (where I’m based) or want to book a bridal or event tan, I’d love to bring this luxury straight to your doorstep. ✨
Let’s glow together.
With love and glow,
Brit
