At Glow at Home, your satisfaction and glowing results are our top priority. Please review our policies below to ensure a smooth experience:

Spray Tan Services
Due to the nature of custom sunless tanning services, all sales are final and refunds are not issued for completed tans.
If you experience any issues with your tan (such as uneven fading or unusual results), you must notify us within 24–48 hours of your appointment. Please provide clear, timestamped photos of the affected areas for review. We will assess the situation and determine whether a complimentary touch-up or alternative solution is appropriate.
Issues reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for review or correction.
Product Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused retail products within 14 days of purchase.
Products must be in original packaging and sealed.
Please note:
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
– Original shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount
– Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected
